Blazerworks is excited to partner with a school district in Junction City, OR, to hire a dedicated fully remote School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SLP to make a positive impact on students' communication skills while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
Position Details:
- Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year
- Remote work, allowing for a flexible schedule and location
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to monitor student progress and ensure effective communication strategies
- Manage and document progress in student IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
- Provide consultation and support to educational teams, offering expertise on speech and language development

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP license in the state of Oregon
- Experience working with students in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to provide virtual therapy and collaborate with teams remotely
- A passion for helping students achieve their communication goals and thrive in an educational environment
