Blazerworks is excited to announce a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity for the 2024-2025 school year! We have partnered with a supportive school district in Salem, OR, to provide fully remote speech therapy services. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Position Overview:
- Location: Fully remote work from home
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Duration: 2024-2025 school year
- Student Caseload: K-12 students (specific caseload details provided during the interview)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document and monitor student outcomes, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide ongoing support to help students overcome communication challenges

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively
