Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Develop tailored intervention strategies to support student success.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students concerns.
- Collaborate with educators and parents in IEP and 504 Plan development.
- Act as a resource for crisis intervention and school-wide mental health initiatives.

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
