Minimum 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required.
Position Details:
- Location: Virtual or Onsite
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 30, 2025
- Schedule: Part-Time (Hours TBD)
- Pay Rate: $45$55/hour
Caseload:
- Student #1: 30-minute sessions, 19 sessions total
- Student #2: 30-minute sessions, 38 sessions total
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to DHH students, ensuring sensitivity to their unique needs.
- Use ASL to communicate effectively and build rapport with students.
- Understand and address the needs of the Deaf community in alignment with their cultural context.
Qualifications:
- Must hold one of the following:
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Licensed Educational Psychologist
- PPS Credential in School Psychology
- Proficiency in ASL is required.
- Experience working with the Deaf community is highly preferred.
