Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement strategies for student success.
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP team meetings.
- Support the development of students independence in educational environments.
Requirements:
- A Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- A valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license issued by the Delaware Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience working in schools or with children is preferred.
