Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Utilize various technology platforms to deliver engaging remote instruction and support.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to ensure consistent communication and student progress.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

Active Special Education License in Delaware.
ELA and/or Math certification is preferred.
Familiarity with VOCO or similar platforms is a plus, as this will be the school's first virtual special education program.
Strong technical skills and comfort with various technology platforms that support remote teaching.
Proven reliability and dependability in a teaching role.

Compensation:
Compensation is dependent on the district you apply for and your years of experience in the industry.
