Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for an Early Intervention Program in a school and a learning center speech program in York, PA. These positions are onsite only due to caseloads. The SLPs will work with students with severe needs, providing essential speech and language services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students in the Early Intervention Program and learning center.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the specific needs of students with severe speech and language challenges.
- Work closely with other professionals, including teachers and parents, to ensure effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech and Language Pathology license.
- Experience working with students with severe needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage and document a caseload effectively.
