Blazer Jobs is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists for early intervention programs in Shrewsbury and York, PA. These roles involve delivering in-person speech therapy to young learners and students with severe needs, fostering their communication and developmental progress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and therapy for assigned caseloads.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and staff to support student progress.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
- Experience with early childhood or severe needs caseloads preferred.
- School-based experience is an advantage.
