Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and assessments.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Document student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institution.
- Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist certification from the New Jersey Department of Education.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred.
