Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a full-time, onsite position in Estes Park, CO, for the current school year. Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Hours: 35 hours/week
- Caseload: District Wide Position (50 Students)
- Student Needs: Moderate to Severe (significant needs and autism)
- Age Range: Mixed Pre-K to Transition (High School)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: Starting at $25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders.
- Implement and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations.
- Facilitate communication between virtual teachers and students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of school experience.
- Experience as a facilitator for virtual teachers.
- CPR and First Aid trained.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
