Blazer Jobs is excited to collaborate with a school district in the picturesque Estes Park, CO, to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students of varying ages to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You'll develop individualized plans to help students improve their communication skills, enabling them to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech and language development
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
- Document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Support students with speech and communication goals as part of their IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or similar setting
- Must meet all federal and state licensing and certification requirements for Colorado
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
