Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a district-wide position in Estes Park, CO. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of students with moderate to severe needs, including autism, across multiple grade levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy to students district-wide.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Utilize various methods to deliver speech therapy services effectively.
- For virtual candidates: Implement strategies to engage and redirect distracted students.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP certification in Colorado.
- CPR and First Aid trained.
- Minimum of 2+ years of school experience (3+ years for virtual candidates).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation:
