Qualifications:
- A valid state SLPA license.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a speech-language pathology assistant program.
- Experience working with children in a school-based or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing speech-language therapy services to students.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed to improve communication skills.
- Collect data and document student progress accurately.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Support compliance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other district requirements.
