Position Overview:
As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders while collaborating with educators and parents to develop effective strategies for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Minnesota state SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- At least one year of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (school-based experience preferred).
- Strong technical proficiency and experience with teletherapy platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
