Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Long Lake, MN area. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to helping students achieve their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' goals.
- Provide therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Provide education and support to staff and families regarding communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state licensure in Minnesota and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
