Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote
Blazer Jobs is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Education team in a remote setting for the full 2024-2025 school year. In this teletherapy position, you will provide virtual speech services to preschool and elementary school students with a variety of speech and language needs.
Position Details:
- Location: Remote (Teletherapy)
- School Year: Current (2024-2025)
- Hours: Part-time (specific hours discussed during the interview process)
- Pay Rate: $35$60 per hour, depending on experience
- Caseload: Specific caseload details provided during the interview process
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active SLP Illinois State License
- Additional Licensure: Active SLP License in state of residency (if applicable)
- Certification: ISBE Professional Educator License
- Education: Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Credentials: Must hold CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to monitor and support students' progress.
