Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist for a part-time, onsite position in Elyria, OH, for the current school year. This role is in partnership with the local school district.
Position Details:
- Hours per Week: Varies based on evaluation deadlines and meetings. Some weeks may have 0 hours, while others may have up to 20 hours.
- Caseload/Details:
- Responsible for covering evaluations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
- No direct therapy minutes required
- 29 evaluations are anticipated for this year
Special Requirements:
- Must possess a valid State of Ohio Physical Therapy license.
- ODEW Physical Therapy license or registration is also required.
- Renewal for the following school year is based on performance and needs.
