BlazerJobs is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at a middle school in Bay Village, OH. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to middle school students for the 2024/2025 school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective implementation of speech and language interventions.
- Support students in improving communication skills, articulation, fluency, and social language use.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress reports.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals for students.

Location: Bay Village, OH
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (40 hours per week)
Start Date: March 4, 2024
End Date: June 3, 2025
Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM daily
Caseload: Middle School
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an SLP is preferred
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Experience working with middle school-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
