Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Lawrence, MA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve communication success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide professional guidance on speech and language interventions.
- Conduct screenings and prevention programs to address early communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for state licensure in Massachusetts).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
