Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Lawrence, MA
Partner: Blazer Jobs in partnership with the Lawrence School District
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 18, 2025
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Grade Levels: Kindergarten to 8th Grade
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from Kindergarten to 8th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students needing speech and language services.
- Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance on speech and language issues.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations.

Requirements:
- Must complete fingerprints and CORI Check (BRC)
- Hold a valid license through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Speech and Language Pathology
