Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in Allentown, PA. Position Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
Certification:
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
Licensure:
Active Pennsylvania SLP license. Completion of required background checks and clearances as mandated by Pennsylvania state law.
Experience:
Previous experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or school settings is highly preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and language delays/disorders. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and early intervention strategies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with families, teachers, and support staff.
Responsibilities
The Early Intervention SLP will:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged 0-5.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document progress toward therapy goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of interventions.
- Participate in parent education and training sessions to support at-home strategies.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to early intervention services.
