Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in the Riverside, CA area to hire a full-time Physical Therapist for the 2024-2025 school year. This role is within a special education setting, providing an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students' physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students in a special education environment.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress toward therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
Requirements:
- State licensure and certifications required (please specify the necessary certifications).
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
