Blazerworks is seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year in Green Bay, WI. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them reach their full potential in an educational setting.
Position Details:
- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Job Type: Full-Time (2024-2025 school year)
- Caseload: Varies by school assignment, with a range of age groups from elementary through high school
- Start Date: August 2024 (for the 2024-2025 school year)
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student progress and interventions

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and therapy techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
