Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our partner schools in Franklin Park, IL. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with students in need of specialized therapy services to achieve their fullest potential.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
- Certification: NBCOT certification.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric therapy setting.
- Clearances: Must meet Illinois background check and school district requirements.
Job Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students functional needs.
- Develop individualized therapy plans to address fine motor, sensory integration, and life skills.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and students to support progress.
- Document therapy sessions and monitor progress toward therapy goals.
