Job Duties:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation of progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Massachusetts OT License.
- NBCOT certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric therapy.
