Job Description: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Location: Elementary School, Arizona
Hours:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 55 students.
- Address a range of needs, primarily mild to moderate, with some students in specialized classroom settings.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Current SLP license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in school settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
