Responsibilities
As a School Psychologist, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' learning abilities, emotional well-being, and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized interventions and behavior management plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies that support student development.
- Provide counseling services to students and groups, focusing on emotional and social growth.
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer input on assessments and recommendations.
- Assist in crisis intervention and response, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding psychological services in schools.
Requirements

- Licensure: Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification.
- Education: Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
