Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Santa Clara, CA area. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to making a positive difference in students' communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students progress.
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
