Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services within an Intensive Communications Program for students in Blue Island, IL. This full-time position focuses on helping students achieve their communication goals through tailored strategies and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students in the Intensive Communications Program.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the program.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
