Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create a cohesive plan for student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
