Job Description:
You will collaborate with teachers and specialists to provide targeted interventions, ensuring students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to build students literacy, focusing on letter-sound connections and vocabulary.
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement AAC systems for students with complex communication needs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and SELPA regulations.
- Administer assessments and present findings during IEP meetings.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active Washington state SLP licensure.
- Must have experience working in schools and with AAC devices.
- K-12 caseload experience preferred.
