Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time position within school districts in the Houston, TX area. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' well-being and academic success.
Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to apply, including:
- A valid Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) license.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
- Relevant certification and credentials to work in Texas school settings.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess students cognitive, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to address student challenges.
- Assist in developing school-wide programs to promote a positive learning environment.
- Support educators and administrators with data-driven recommendations for student success.
