Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Forest City, NC. This role involves assessing and addressing speech and language disorders, helping students achieve their communication goals.Applicants must hold a Masters degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, hold active NC SLP license, and must have experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Applicants that do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the IEP team to align goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- North Carolina SLP license (required).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
