Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time, Onsite - Forest City, NC
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Forest City, NC, to find a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year.
Position Details:
- Start/End Dates: ASAP - End of School Year (EOSY) | Likely chance of renewal for 2025/2026 school year
- Work Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week - willing to consider 30-32 hours/week) | Monday - Friday
- Grades: K-12th
- Caseload Size: 50 students
- Location: Itinerant position across schools | Travel reimbursement not available to educational contractors per RCS contract
Basic Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based speech therapy services for students on caseload
- Conduct speech screenings, hearing screenings, and evaluations (write reports) for speech referrals and/or reevaluations
- Progress monitor student development
- Complete necessary speech paperwork for IEP meetings
- Attend department meetings and collaborate with team members and classroom teachers
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
- NC Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required
- Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
