Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Support IEP implementation and follow prescribed therapy plans
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Current SLPA license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
