Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs.
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance student learning.
- Assist in the creation of IEPs and 504 plans to support individualized student success.
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
