Position Details:

- Caseload: K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
