Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the New Providence, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records, including assessments, progress notes, and IEP documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in New Jersey.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though CFs are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
