Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in the K-12 range
- Develop tailored treatment plans to address communication and speech disorders
- Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to integrate IEP goals into daily classroom activities
- Monitor and report student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to students unique needs
