Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role offers both onsite (W-2) and virtual (1099) options, serving a K-12 caseload to support students' communication and language development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:
- Must hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with K-12 students is a plus
