Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in students to help them succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Pay Range: $60-$65 per hour
