Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team in Central Falls, Rhode Island. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support early childhood education by helping young learners develop essential motor and adaptive skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to Pre-K students in a school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to implement IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance student engagement and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure & Certification: Active Rhode Island Occupational Therapist license. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience: Minimum of one year in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy.
