Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students.
- Provide counseling and mental health support to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students experiencing emotional distress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and develop strategies to support students with special needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid Georgia School Psychologist certification or license.
- At least one year of experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and students.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
