Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all local and state licensing requirements for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in North Carolina.

Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in implementing therapy plans for students

Work directly with students to support speech and language development goals

Conduct speech and language screenings under the supervision of the SLP

Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Adapt therapy activities to accommodate diverse learning needs
