Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Develop and implement social skills programs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work
- Certification: Current state licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience: Relevant experience in a school setting preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
