Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs.

- Track and document progress, adapting strategies to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with school staff, families, and the educational team to promote cohesive support.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Massachusetts COTA licensure.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or school setting working with children.
