Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our partner school in El Paso, TX. This role focuses on supporting students with motor, sensory, and cognitive challenges to help them achieve success in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine their needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to help students improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
- Track and report student progress to ensure treatment goals are met.
- Participate in IEP meetings to develop student-specific strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Texas OT License.
- 1+ year of experience working in a school or pediatric setting.
