Part-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Littleton, CO ($50-55 hr)
Blazerworks has partnered with a school district in Littleton, CO, and is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role during the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, helping students develop critical communication skills.
Position Overview:
- Location: Littleton, CO
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Duration: 2024-2025 school year
- Grade Levels: K-12 (specific caseload determined by district needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Monitor and document student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication development strategies
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-based environment
