Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized physical therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
- Deliver physical therapy sessions focused on motor development, balance, and coordination.
- Document student progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- License: Current Illinois PT license in good standing.
- Certification: CPR certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a school-based or pediatric setting.
