Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Orange, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress notes.
Educational and Licensing Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current State SLP License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
- At least one year of recent experience as an SLP, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and experience with various communication disorders.
